FA-1 FLOW AID FOAM STICKS are very effective in improving production flow rates due to slippage of fluid (water/oil) in the tubing that have caused the flow velocity to decrease. As the hydrostatic head pressure increases due to loading of fluid, surface pressure and flow rates begin to reduce. Once applied, FA-1 Flow Aids start to activate within 5 minutes and are usually fully activated within one (1) hour, depending on temperature, water and gas movement. FA-1 Flow Aids act as a bubble maker which gives a greater lifting effect from the well energy, thereby enabling the well to unload excess fluid.

FA-1 Flow Aids should be applied to the well on a routine basis. Anytime a reduction in flow rates and pressure is observed, additional units of FA-1 should be used. As little as a 5-10% reduction of flow rates and/or pressure can mean loading of the well. It is more profitable and easier to keep a well unloaded than dealing with a dead well.

No special handling or storage required. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with eyes, flush with large amounts of fresh water several times.
